WARRANTIES AND RETURNS
Austad’s stands behind every item we sell. We are committed to having satisfied customers that not only can’t wait to shop again but go out and tell their friends about Austad’s . That’s why we offer a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return the product to us within 30 days in new condition and receive a refund, exchange, or store credit. Remember that only items in new condition can be returned for a refund (except for clubs that fall under our 30 day playability policy, see above for details). Refunds will be issued in the same payment method as tendered for the purchase price of the item(s) returned excluding delivery. That is, if you pay by credit card, the refund will be issued to that credit card.
If you should need to return an item, contact Austad’s by email or phone. Except in the case of defects, return shipping charges are your responsibility. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All items returned must be in like new condition and will be inspected prior to credit being issued.
CLOSEOUTS, CUSTOM ORDERS, DEMO ITEMS, PERSONALIZED ITEMS, and USED SHOES are not returnable. Shoes that have been simply tried on and returned in new condition are returnable, but shoes worn outside cannot be returned (we suggest you try them on indoors first, we have no way to resell used shoes). SPECIAL ORDER items that are not regular in stock items are also not returnable.

The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. When something is purchased as a “Special Order”, it can mean one of several things:
1. It could mean that it is not a normally stocked item and it will be ordered on your behalf.
2. It could mean that it is a normally stocked item but Austad’s is temporarily out of stock or the item is back-ordered from the manufacturer.
3. It could mean that it is a new item that Austad’s anticipates arriving in the warehouse soon. If you order an item that is listed “Special Order” please allow two to four weeks for delivery.
Special orders are excluded from all promotions. Shipping costs apply to all special orders and vary depending upon the item. We will contact you via phone or email with the actual shipping costs on any special order.
