I’m most impressed by the ShareCalendar that I am trying. As a consultant to small businesses, I think it has great potential for my clients, and will be recommending it to them - in fact, I have suggested it to two of them already, and they seem quite impressed by the concept and affordability.
I have tried at at home on my internal network, and also coordinate calendars with my son who lives in another city (in fact, it was he who suggested C4O to me).
It is my intention to purchase either basic calendar sharing version or the Outlook sharing version, (I have yet to try the latter, but will be doing so shortly - as soon as time permits) - after that, I’ll decide and make the purchase. I have several other clients whom I feel would benefit from either version.
Pricing is good - especially when compared to going the MS Exchange route (which is overkill for most small organizations) and considering the relative simplicities of the two products.

What I really like is the ability to share folders with anyone with Outlook, not just people on your local network.
I had one problem being able to share my Contact folder initially. However, the issue was resolved very quickly by your tech support team.

We have a small consultancy (6 full-time, 4 part time) and three of us travel continually. We are using a POP3 mail service which works great for our needs, but wanted to have synchronized schedules so I (VP Sales) could plan meetings for others. We have an outsourced IT guy who told us Outlook server was $14,000. We tried OfficeCalendar ($1,500) which may have caused some network degradation issues and was cumbersome to use.
