little cleaning up from time to time. GCS will perform the tasks that so many
Computers need and give you a detailed Report of how your Computers and Network
are doing.
Annual Support
Contracts
Minimize user downtime and reduce the cost of on-site
technical support through annual support agreements. GCS On Site Service,
provides on site hardware and software support agreements. We provide
24x7-coverage with a 4-8 hrs response time for Local Account, and 24 hr E-Mail
Support.
The Annual Support Contract includes (FREE
of CHARGE):
- Installation of service packs, patches or updates
- Installation of new programs directly related to running
your business
- Telephone, On-Site and Dial-Up Tech Support for office
staff
- End user assistance for daily/weekly data Backup
- Data restoration services in the event the file server or a
computer crashes.
- Maintain network clients
- Setup and support of network printers
- Covers problems arising from data corruption
- Installations of operating systems such as Window
- Covers any computer related problems directly associated
with running your business
The Annual Support Contract DOES NOT
include (CHARGES APPLY):
- Does not cover any replacement parts. Any computer,
printer or parts that requires replacing are billed separately.
- Labor to re-search for the right product and installation
are covered
- Does not cover any computer equipment not listed under the
service contract.
- Any hardware support services not covered under this
contract are available from GCS On Site on a time and material basis
