Service & Support Maintenance Contracts

Services are available from GCS On Site, on a time and material basis. 
 
Services are subject to a 1-hour minimum charge.  Depending on location, a traveling charge of $85 per/hr may or may not apply.
.  
The current hourly rate is $85 per hour.

Subcontracting rates are also available and may vary between $85 and $175 per hour depending on the number of hours.
 
Other pricing options are available depending on the length, location and technical skills required to complete a project.

We can also provide you with a fixed pricing or contracts for standard computer services or computer projects.

GCS will provide you with the best support solution depending on your needs.

All support can be provided on an hourly base or under a Service Level Agreement.

Each customer can request for a customized service list or Service Level Agreement  tailored specifically to their needs.

  • Removal of Temporary & Old Log Files
  • Defrag all Hard Drives & Partition
  • Verify Backup Integrity
  • Verify Backup Power Supply Operation
  • Verify Raid Integrity
  • Verify Virus Protection is Updated
  • Remove any Spy or Add-ware Programs
  • Advice Clients on Performance issues changes

Workstation Maintenance ( Per Workstation )

  • Removal of Temporary & Old Log Files
  • Defrag all Hard Drives & Partition
  • Verify Backup Integrity
  • Verify Backup Power Supply Operation
  • Verify Virus Protection is Updated
  • Remove any Spy or Add-ware Programs

 

Exchange Server Maintenance (Per Server)

  • Removal of Temporary & Old Log Files
  • Defrag all Hard Drives & Partition
  • Verify Backup Integrity
  • Verify Backup Power Supply Operation
  • Verify Raid Integrity
  • Verify Virus Protection is Updated
  • Verify Proper Operation of Mail Server
  • Optimize Mail System (if needed)
  • Purge old Email Logs

All Work is Guarantied to meet the Clients Expectation of Service agreed to in Contact. 

All Contracts are Based on an Estimated hourly Charge not to exceed the Contract amount. 

Any additional request from Contract Client will be Billed as an independent Incident.

Contract Duration is Binding to Client and Contractor and can not be Terminated at any time, without a full contract payoff.
